They import all of their base ingredients, including Wisconsin mozzarella and California tomatoes, to ensure authenticity. Their tomato sauce is made fresh daily using Sal's original recipe from his Little Neck restaurant, which closed in 2010. Sal's Authentic New York Pizza NZ takes pride in providing customers with genuine New York-style pizza.
