Part-Time Duty Manager – Da Long Yi Hotpot (Auckland)
Da Long Yi Hotpot Auckland is looking for a Part-Time Duty Manager to join our team!
About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and motivated individual to help manage our front-of-house operations when the Restaurant Manager is not on site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee front-of-house operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
Ensure smooth daily service and high standards of customer experience
Lead and support front-of-house staff during shifts
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
Requirements:
A current Manager’s Certificate / LCQ (preferred, but not essential)
Valid work visa or residency in New Zealand
Previous hospitality or restaurant management experience preferred (training will be provided if needed)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused
