🍫🍺 Coco Noir Porter — now a Silver Medal winner! 🥈
We’re thrilled to share that our Coco Noir Porter made right here by Waiheke Brewing Co. just took home Silver at the 2026 New Zealand B**r Awards, hosted by the Brewers Guild of NZ!
This one’s built for winter — a smooth, velvet-like mouthfeel with dark chocolate and coffee leading the charge, backed by roasted malt in the background.
It’s a particularly special brew for us — a true collaboration with Island Batch our local island chocolatiers. We used the cacao husks (a byproduct of their chocolate-making process) during the boil, giving this porter a beautiful lift in aroma you won’t find anywhere else. Despite the higher ABV, this b**r is dangerously drinkable 👀

🌾 Malt: Ale, Dark Chocolate, Medium Crystal, Roasted Barley

We are open seven days all winter long!
Friday and weekends, the whole restaurant is open, and Monday to Thursday we have the Barrel Hall open for drinks catch ups and delicious great value snack and lunch options.
Share a pizza or bring your laptop to work with a b**r & a bowl of fries.
With Starlink Wi-Fi and big smiles and great service. Kids and dogs are welcome.
So if you need to get out of the house or you escape on a midweek island trip, we’d love to see you ❤️
When it’s sunny, you’re welcome to sit in the garden as well, even have a hit of golf.
Distillery and brewery tours run every day at 11:15 and tasting flights are available every day too.!

To reach your destination on Onetangi Road in Auckland, you have a couple of options for transportation:
**Public Transport:**
1. **Bus:** You can take the bus from the central city. Look for routes that head towards Waiheke Island. The bus will take you to the ferry terminal.
2. **Ferry:** Board a ferry from downtown Auckland to Waiheke Island. The ferry ride offers beautiful views and takes about 35 minutes.
3. **Local Transport:** Once you arrive at the Waiheke Island ferry terminal, you can catch a local bus or taxi to Onetangi Road.
**Driving/Parking:**
1. If you're driving, head towards the Auckland Ferry Terminal and park in one of the nearby parking facilities.
2. Take the ferry from downtown Auckland to Waiheke Island (make sure to check for vehicle transport options if you wish to bring your car).
3. Upon arrival at Waiheke Island, follow signs to Onetangi Road. There is parking available along Onetangi Road, but be mindful of any parking restrictions.
