What a year it has been.
As we reflect on this incredible year, we are truly humbled and overwhelmed with gratitude for every single one of you who has supported us on this journey. From our humble beginnings with my kids and a small table setup at our local library to having trained staff on board that can proudly roll around in our very own food trailer, your love and support have been the fuel that powered us through every challenge and milestone.
We started with a simple dream and a whole lot of determination. There were days when selling even a single hangi felt like a mountain to climb, but because of your belief in us and our kai, we sold over 5,000 hangi this year alone! A number that still amazes us and pushes us to keep growing and improving.
What was once a one-man operation has blossomed into a dedicated team, each member bringing their unique skills and heart to make sure every hangi we serve is nothing short of spectacular.
To every customer, every word of encouragement, every shared meal, and every moment spent with The Hangi Cartel, thank you for believing in us and empowering us to turn a vision into reality.
This is just the beginning. We have so much more to create, to share, and to serve. From our whanau to yours thank you for being part of our story.
