A massive heartfelt thanks to all you beautiful people that came to say goodbye to us. What a heart warming & emotional past few weeks! From ‘this is so sad’, ‘where are we gonna get our cakes and cupcakes from?’, ‘we will miss you’, ‘not fair’ and of course your well wishes. Thank you for getting a ‘just because’ cake or treats for the last time. Or stocking up your freezer or pantry with treats.
We set up our little cakery in Point Chevalier not knowing a single person and now we leave with many wonderful lasting memories and friends. We have thoroughly enjoyed our chats, laughters and creating delicious and beautiful cakes for you, your mates and your family.
Thank you again for your kindness, love and support. We are truly grateful and feel so blessed.❤️

Option 1: Public transport
Take a train or bus to Britomart Transport Centre. Walk north on Customs St East towards Albert St and turn left onto Albert St. Walk for approximately 10 minutes before turning right onto Wyndham St. Walk for another 3 minutes before turning left onto Hobson St, then take a right onto Wellesley St West. The destination will be on the left.
Option 2: Driving/Parking
From Auckland CBD, drive towards the northwest on Wellesley St West. Turn left into Hobson Street and continue straight ahead until you reach Cook Street (do not take motorway exit). Take a left turn at Cook Street and first right at Nelson Street. Keep driving straight and turn right into the first intersecting street which is Wellesley Street West Extension where Cakes & Cheers is located. There is street parking available nearby or alternatively paid parking at Wilson Parking Carpark in Victoria Street West just a block away from Cakes & Cheers.
