Each quarter, La Marée pauses for L'Heure du Vin, the W**e Hour, an evening built entirely around one vineyard's story. This October, that vineyard is Stonyridge, Waiheke Island's celebrated producer, known for reds that carry the character of the island itself.
Our culinary team has built a five-course menu around Stonyridge's wines, each course designed to bring out something different in the glass. It's a dinner for those who want to taste a place, not just a label.
