The National Dish of the Philippines Tender chicken and pork belly slow-braised in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns. Rich, savoury, and slightly tangy — served with steamed jasmine rice. A timeless Filipino classic!

🔥 SIZZLING PORK SISIG

Pampanga's Pride Crispy chopped pork sautéed with onions, chilli, and calamansi, served sizzling hot on a cast-iron plate, topped with a cracked egg and a side of spicy vinegar. Best paired with an ice-cold drink!

The Royal Peanut Stew Slow-cooked brisket in a rich, creamy peanut sauce with eggplant, string beans, and bok choy. Served traditionally with bagoong (sautéed shrimp paste) on the side. Pure Filipino comfort in every bite!

We are immensely thankful for your ongoing support.
We are sorry to announce that our OBREROS Restaurant is permanently closed. We will never forget the kindness and commitment you have shown us. We are grateful for the memories and friendships we made along the way, which will stay with us forever.
One day soon, we can all gather together again and enjoy a meal beside each other.
