We may have missed Samoan Language Week, but celebrating the people behind Angus doesn’t need to be limited to one week of the year ♥️

Today we’re introducing two of our team members, John (who you are very familiar with seeing on your screens now) and Lily, who are sharing a little of their language and culture with us while talking about some of the premium proteins we serve every day

From careful preparation to hours of simmering and reducing, there’s a lot of time, patience, and skill that goes into creating the flavours our guests know and love
