MetService New Zealand forecasts Cyclone Gabrielle will bring strong winds and heavy rain from Sunday 12 February onwards. As we saw a few weeks ago, heavy rain can bring localised flooding, slips, rock and tree falls, and other hazards onto roads.

*Northland State of Emergency*

A State of Emergency has been declared for Northland. Please keep safe and up to date with Civil Defence Northland as we track Cyclone Gabrielle's movement along the East Coast of Northland. The State of Emergency will allow emergency services the necessary powers to respond as and when they need to.

MetService New Zealand have upgraded their rain and wind warnings for Northland.
🔴 Red Heavy Rain Warning from 10am Sunday to Midnight Monday. Expect 200-300mm south of Kāeo, 100-180mm, elsewhere.
🔴 Red Strong Wind Warning from 10am Sunday to 9pm Tuesday. Expect severe gales 120-130km/h.

We do get asked abit if we sell WET FISH and Raw seafood, and the answer will always be a No Sorry, however we HIGHLY RECOMMEND our local
FISH SHOP @ 16 George St Tuakau , they sell delicious fresh fish, as well as my favourite fish n chips 🤗🤤

Good morning everyone

welcome to our rebuild for those who have found us again.

Autumn menu is in the making, so that means we will be dropping some new menu items soon along with the Autumn days & times.

Say goodbye to our Summer menu, days and time.

Please bare in mind 2023 we will be attending more festivals, markets, car meets and sports events which means we will close the shop most weekends , so keep an eye out to see where we will pop up for our food trailer 🙌

Now that our whanau holiday has wrapped up as my older children fly back to Ozzie today, it’s time for our crew to get our minds back on job 🤣

We honestly had the best time up in Waitangi, we have an invitation to take our store in 2024. 🙌❤️
