🇵🇭 WE’RE BACK! 🇵🇭
After such an unforgettable time last year, we just had to come back for another round of the 🇵🇭 Philippine Independence Day Commemoration at Auckland Showgrounds! ❤️💙💛
The energy, the performances, the food, the community… last year was honestly one for the books. Seeing everyone come together to celebrate Filipino culture made the long prep nights and early mornings so worth it. So this year, we’re jumping right back into the chaos because we want a piece of that action again 😆
And honestly… it feels like FOREVER since we’ve properly been out and about after the move 🥲
So if you’ve been missing our cakes, Dubai Chewy Cookies, and all the sweet treats in between — this is your chance 👀🍰🍪 We’re treating this event like our little comeback moment after being away for the past few weeks, and we cannot wait to bake for everyone again.

Dubai Chewy Cookies are officially back ✨
We’re still in the middle of unpacking, organising, and figuring out where half the baking tools disappeared to during the move, so custom cake orders will remain closed until after 6 June.
But the Dubai chewy cookie cravings? We can handle those again 🤍
Thank you for sticking with us through this new chapter. We’re slowly getting back into the swing of things, one batch at a time.

Today is for celebrating the women who hold families together with love, sacrifice, strength, and the little things no one else sees. We hope you felt appreciated, spoiled, and deeply loved today.
From our little kitchen, thank you for allowing us to be part of your special moments and family tables. It truly means so much to us.
As some of you may already know, we are currently in the middle of moving homes. Because of this, we’ll be closed for orders until the end of the month while we settle into our new space.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share something a little special with you.
After a lot of thought and planning, we’re so excited to be moving into a new space. While our location is changing, we’re still home-based, still within East Auckland, and still just as close to you as we’ve always been.
This current space has been such a meaningful part of our journey. It’s where late nights, early mornings, and quiet in-between moments slowly turned into something we’re truly proud of.
As we step into this next chapter, we’ll be taking a short pause from next week until the end of May. This time will allow us to pack up, settle in, and thoughtfully set up our new home kitchen with even more care and intention.
It’s never easy to pause, but this move feels like a fresh start for us. We’re genuinely excited for what we’re building behind the scenes and for everything we’ll be able to bring to you when we return.
Thank you for your patience, your support, and for continuing to be part of our story. It truly means so much to us.
We’ll be back soon, still home-based, still in your neighbourhood, and ready to bake for you again 🤍

The Takapuna Filipino Festival opened at 10AM today and yet, it was only 2PM and we’ve already sold out! ❤️
This is our third year attending, and each time we’ve tried to come more prepared by bringing more stocks than the year before. And still, every year, you all wipe us out.
Not complaining at all. Just honestly feeling really humbled and grateful for the support.
I know we can’t serve everyone, and I hate when we run out, but it means a lot knowing so many of you enjoy what we make. Thank you for showing up for us, truly.

Hi friends, just a little note from me.
It’s been a really full and hectic start to the year, and I’ve been going non-stop behind the scenes. As much as I love every bit of it, I’m feeling the need to pause, breathe, and take care of myself too.
I’ll be away from Friday, 03 April to Monday, 06 April to rest, reset, and spend a little time reflecting and celebrating the season.
Orders will be on pause during this time and will resume once I’m back.
Thank you always for your patience, your support, and for being part of this journey with me. It truly means more than you know.

Everyone keeps asking why the Dubai Chewy Cookie sells out every week…
Here’s the reason.
We use real kataifi for that delicate crunch.
Pure pistachio paste — no extenders, no shortcuts.
And we’re definitely not stingy with the filling.
Each cookie is packed generously because if we’re going to make it… it has to be done properly.
The only downside?
I only make very limited batches each week, and they tend to disappear very quickly.
So if you see them available…
you might want to grab a box before they’re gone again. 👀🍪
