A few winners on our menu for the past couple of months. Pancakes. Ricotta pancakes, preserved apricot, custard cream, toasted almonds, saffron and cardamom syrup.

Breakfast Sandwich. Pork and fennel pattie, steamed egg, smoked provolone, pickle aioli, English muffin.

Sweet Scone. Whipped ricotta and raw honeycomb.

Fish Cake. Smoked tarakihi fish cake, pickled cabbage, apple, celeriac and snow pea slaw, poached egg.

Beef Hash. Salted beef brisket, crispy potato, nduja, poached egg, pickled vegetables, chive creme fraiche.

Curried Scrambled Eggs. Saagwala spinach, mint yoghurt, scrambled eggs on sourdough, parmesan, fried curry leaf.

Fish. B**r battered market fish, mushy peas, gribiche, lemon. Comes with thick cut chips and baby gem.

Truffle Eggs. Scrambled eggs, NZ black perigord truffle, creme fraiche on buttered sourdough.

Chowder. Market fish, prawns, mussels, chive cream, grilled focaccia.

Eggs and Hollandaise. Cacio e pepe hash brown, silverbeet, poached eggs, burnt butter hollandaise. Pictured with thick cut bacon.
