If only we could boost about how cut this cake was! spoiler alert! out of five years decorating cakes this was the first time😩 and will be the last time🫡we make an error in our clients name topper🥺
Just goes to show working under so much pressure over the past three weeks from life in general, health and running a business really took a toll on us esp me as the Head Director.
Just grateful for such kind understanding clients even tho that was not the excuse we used when getting back to our client, it was just full ownership of the error, responsibility and very apologetic from our end.
