The new menu at Thirtyone is a must-try as special attention has been taken in preparing each dish with an emphasis on healthy cooking. They use minimum oils, no artificial colours, no added sugar, no MSG, less salt, fresh chilli, fresh garlic, fresh ginger and just enough cream to make sure that the food is not only delicious but also healthy. All their food is sourced fresh daily to give you the best possible taste.
What sets Thirtyone apart from other restaurants is their family masala recipe consisting of 31 herbs & spices such as cardamom, coriander, aniseed, cloves, cumin turmeric etc. These exotic spices are processed the olden way by washing them first before drying and then lightly toasting them before being ground into fine powder. All spices are ground fresh on-site to give a taste of fresh flavours.
At Thirtyone they take pride in sourcing all their products from FIANZ certified and trusted meat suppliers ensuring that they serve only the best quality food. Although they are not Halal certified due to having a bar on site.
