Thank you AKL City peeps for coming through yesterday, we sold out of our Beignets & our Mushroom Garlic Toasties.
We will be missing out of action over the next few weekends & will be back at Britomart Morning Market on Saturday 6th August.

TYJ🙏🙂 Our business is slowly making its way back up and running after a bit of a break and we are excited to announce we will only be selling our most popular product - "chez beignets" at the Britomart Saturday Market 😀 🙌

WE WILL BE BACK!
You may have missed seeing our food stall at the AKL Nightmarkets the past 4weeks. We've had alot happen in those 4weeks and had to make a decision to hold of our food stall from the AKL Night Markets. Mad respect to all the small food businesses out there still holding it down and hustling. It definitely isn't easy.
I know you've been missing our famous chez beignets, but we are now looking into other options to still cater them to you. Please bare with us a little longer as we go through the necessary process for us to be able to still operate. Thank you for understanding and your patience.

Bold Kitchen will be bringing more than just Chez Beignets to the nightmarkets and we are excited to announce new additions coming through.
This week we are introducing the "BOLD POCKET" - A Cambodian inspired dish. Handmade meatballs with a special sauce stuffed in a deep-fried sesame seed choux pastry.
There will also be a "KARAAGE CHICKEN POCKET" instead of meatballs it will be karaage fried chicken with gochuchang mayo stuffed in a deep-fried sesame seed choux pastry.
