In Korea 'kim/gim' (seaweed) is a food loved by all. In alternative to thin sheets you can also find kim also in the shape of small crumbly pieces. Roasted and seasoned with sesame oil, salt and sugar, what's not to love!? We use it in our Bibimbap, Jumeok-bap and as a garnish in most our dishes!
