Mad Mex NZ was a Mexican restaurant located on Street Lukes Road. The restaurant's claim to fame was its Big Burrito Challenge, which was available only from 3 - 15 May 2022. Customers were encouraged to take on the challenge and try to finish a 1kg burrito for a chance to win an exclusive Mad Mex Luchador Mask. In addition, the Founder's favorite dish, The Head Honcho Burrito, was also highly recommended. However, this business has been permanently closed.
