🍕 Every fortnight, Tim, our Regional Manager goes to Starship with Sal's Authentic New York Pizza NZ for some pretty incredible teenagers. What we now call Pizza Tuesdays is a fun tradition for patients aged 13-18 facing blood cancer.
The purpose of the group is a fun catch-up for teenagers who are unwell with cancer in hospital, bringing a little bit of light into a very difficult time.
It also gives them a chance to build friendships and hang out in a relaxed environment with others who truly understand what they're going through, made possible with the wonderful support of the Starship Play Specialists.
